Construction Administrative Assistant

Overview

As our Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, such as handling phone calls and mail, greeting clients and entering vendor invoices, and processing payables.

To thrive in this role, you must be able to work well without supervision, have organizational skills that let you stay focused on different tasks, and use your time and energy effectively and efficiently. Entry-level accounting experience is required.

What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional way
  • Act as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors, and various construction services team members
  • Execute clerical and general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, copying, and ordering office supplies

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Required)

Pay: $18/hr-$28/hr

  • Full benefits package offered include paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance, life insurance, supplementary insurance, and retirement.
