Role Overview:

As an HR Business Partner, you will be accountable for aligning business objectives with employee’s performance and management outcomes. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the organization’s business objectives. Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and provide strategic HR support.
  • Lead and facilitate talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a positive work culture.
  • Address and resolve employee relations matters, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.
  • Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Participates in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and HR best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma/ GED
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in Human Resources with experience in multiple human resources disciplines, including compensation and benefits practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws. Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership skills and possesses integrity and trustworthiness.

  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work with constant interruptions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
  • Human Resources certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc)
  • Seven (7) years or more of experience in Human Resources with experience in multiple human resources disciplines, including compensation and benefit practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws, and resolving employee relation issues.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

  • Full benefits package offered includes paid time off, including holidays and vacation, health insurance, life insurance, supplementary insurance, and retirement.
