Role Overview:

As the HR Generalist you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration within the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.

Minimum Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/ GED
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition methods
• Computer literate
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Capacity to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
• Human Resources certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc)
• Five (5) years or more of experience in Human Resources with experience in multiple human resources disciplines, including compensation and benefit practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws, and resolving employee relation issues.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
