Construction Project Manager

Job description

As our Project Manager you will plan, direct and coordinate the necessary tasks to ensure that goals and objectives of construction projects are completed on time and within budget.

To thrive in this role, you must have experience managing a commercial construction project ranging from $5-$15 million. Must also proactively seek out problems and solutions, work well without supervision and communicate with all stakeholders to ensure the project gets done.

What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members about the progress of your project
  • Organize and plan with as much detail as possible in order to meet schedule and budget milestones
  • Eliminate roadblocks that would prevent the success of your project

Work Experience, Skills, and Other Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Project, Procore, and Google Suites
  • Knowledge of construction processes means and methods, and industry standards
  • A keen eye for detail and quality control
  • Ability to prioritize, exercise sound independent judgment, and communicate with co-workers.
  • Experience in the ground-up commercial construction industry
  • Structural trade experience
  • Strong understanding of building systems & civil

Additional Information:

Pay: $80,000-$120,000 per year

Competitive salary based on experience
