Overview

As our Project Manager, you will plan, direct, and coordinate the necessary tasks to ensure that the goals and objectives of construction projects are completed on time and within budget.

To thrive in this role, you must have experience managing a commercial/ multi-family construction project ranging from $15-$30 million. Must also proactively seek out problems and solutions, work well without supervision, and communicate with all stakeholders to ensure the project gets done.

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members about the progress of your project
• Organize and plan with as much detail as possible in order to meet schedule and budget milestones
• Eliminate roadblocks that would prevent the success of your project

Additional Information

Pay: $70,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
