About the Role

We’re looking for a Field Superintendent to join our General Contracting team! • Maintain and manage a rolling three (3) week look-ahead schedule for all trades and project milestones
  • Oversee field execution to ensure work meets company standards for safety, quality, and craftsmanship
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to stay on track and within scope
  • Conduct and document required inspections and quality control checks using project management software
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and architects to solve problems in real time
  • Monitor jobsite progress and proactively communicate issues or delays

What Success Looks Like

You’ll thrive in this role if you are a hands-on leader who knows how to run a jobsite and motivate a team.
